Classes & timetable

We offer a variety of different classes ranging from beginners, to intermediate, advanced intermediate, advanced and mixed ability.

Daytime classes are £35 for a four week course or £10 per drop in. Classes are one hour long.

Evening classes are £40 for a four week course, or £12.50 per drop in. Classes last one hour fifteen minutes (except beginners).

We also offer a Pole Circuits Strength & Stretch class. This is £10 per drop in or £5 if you are booked on a four week course.

We can also cater for private classes at £35 per hour.

Monday

6pm – 7:15pm Intermediates – booking required

Tuesday

12 – 1pm Mixed ability (suitable for beginners) – booking required

6pm – 7pm  Beginners – booking required

7pm – 8:15pm Advanced Beginners/Intermediate – booking required

Wednesday

12pm – 1pm Mixed Ability ( suitable for beginners) – booking required

6pm – 7:15pm Advanced – booking required

7:15pm – 8:30pm Advanced Intermediates – booking required

Thursday

6pm – 7:15pm Mixed ability (suitable for beginners) – booking required

Friday

12 – 1pm Mixed Ability ( suitable for beginners) – booking required

6-7:15pm Beginner-Intermediates – booking required

7:15-8:15pm Pole Circuits and Stretch – booking required
